How to create tickets?

If you get stuck on something, or just have a question about how something works, we're here for you. You can always open a support ticket from your Account helpdesk panel.
 
1. Login to your member account from our Official website ---> Customer Login.
2. Go to the Top of your account page, click ---> Helpdesk.
3. Fill the form by referring to the page guide and submit it. Then you just need to wait for reply from our support engineers.
4. And you can check your submitted tickets from "My Tickets".
